Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for assigned workload. You will collaborate with hiring leaders to identify, engage, assess and hire talent in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role emphasizes diversity recruiting, on-site and virtual events, and proactive sourcing across multiple channels. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to work both remotely and on-site are essential.

Qualificações

• Two years of recruiting experience required.
• Workday experience, preferred.
• Healthcare HR experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resources, psychology or related field is required.
• PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP & SHRM-SCP a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Executes full life cycle searches for entry level to manager level positions, including sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing candidates.
• Completes references and assessments and ensures accuracy of new hire documentation.
• Networks with Employee Resource Groups and diverse groups to create a broad candidate pool.
• Plans and executes internal and external hiring events, both in-person and virtual.
• Proactively sources candidates via networking, social media, resume databases and job boards.
• Maintains a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders.
