Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required.
• Two years of human resources experience with experience in talent acquisition is required.
• Experience executing on a variety of sourcing techniques, with strong relationship building abilities is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process end-to-end for each search, from opening the role to final offer.
• Build recruitment strategy, write compelling job postings, proactively find and engage candidates.
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through interviews and help close offers.
