Job summary

The Indiana University Foundation (IUF) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full-cycle recruitment process across IU's philanthropic and alumni engagement teams, from opening roles to offers. This role emphasizes relationship-building and delivering a strong candidate experience.

Based in Bloomington with occasional travel to Indianapolis, you’ll partner with hiring leaders, craft recruitment strategies, write postings, engage candidates, and guide interviews to close offers,

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is required
• Two years of human resources experience with experience in talent acquisition is required
• Experience executing on a variety of sourcing techniques, with strong relationship building abilities is required

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from opening a role to the final offer
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand deeply what they need and develop recruitment strategies
• Write compelling job postings and proactively find and engage candidates
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through interviews and close the offer
• Build relationships with leaders across IU's philanthropic and alumni engagement teams
