Indiana University Foundation seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment and deliver end-to-end hiring success. You will partner with leaders across philanthropic and alumni engagement to understand needs, write compelling postings, and build diverse candidate slates.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, curiosity, and a customer-service mindset. This hybrid position is based in Bloomington, IN, with occasional travel to Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Two years of HR experience with talent acquisition.
• Experience executing on a variety of sourcing techniques and building relationships.
• Knowledge of federal/state labor laws and sound hiring practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Collaborative working style with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to articulate the mission of IU Foundation to attract candidates.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from opening a role to final offer.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define needs and recruiting strategy.
• Write compelling job postings and proactively source candidates.
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through interviews and decision processes.
• Close offers and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Recruit across a wide variety of roles for IU Foundation.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Hiring Assistant to optimize searches.
