Job summary

IST Management is seeking a self-motivated recruiting professional to support efforts nationwide with a focus on hiring professionals and sales executives in the e-Discovery field. The role requires prior recruiting experience or proven success with cold outbound b2b sales, and offers base salary plus bonuses.

The position is hybrid after training, in-office 3 days per week in Atlanta, with 2 days remote. Travel 0-5% annually, M-F schedule, possible overtime, and benefits including

Qualifications

• Must have recruiting experience or proven success with cold outbound b2b sales.
• Experience with B2B sales or recruiting in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: post job ads and execute cold calling and cold emailing campaigns to identify potential candidates.
• Full-cycle Recruiting and Interviewing: conduct phone and web interviews through to first day on the job.
• Recruiting Strategy: develop creative strategies for difficult placements and explore new platforms.
• Team Member Responsibilities: maintain accurate activity reporting and attend weekly team meetings with the executive team.
• Representing IST Management: stay updated on IST's offerings and use LinkedIn/social media to engage candidates.
