Job summary

IST Management seeks a self-motivated professional to support recruiting nationwide, focusing on hiring professionals and sales executives in the e-Discovery field. The role offers regular hours, 40 hrs/week, a hybrid setup after training, and travel of 0-5%. Base salary is $65,000 plus hire bonuses and an OTE of $90,000+ in Year 1, with a 10 hires KPI.

The team values proactive sourcing, full-cycle interviewing, and strategic recruiting while collaborating with a nationwide footprint.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience or proven success with cold-call outbound B2B sales.
• Familiarity with iCIMS ATS is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• MS Office proficiency.
• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Willingness to cross-train for other functions.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing – post job ads and execute cold calling and cold email campaigns to identify potential candidates across requisitions.
• Full-cycle recruiting and interviewing – phone and web interviews from first contact to first day on the job.
• Develop recruitment strategies including new platforms and methods for talent acquisition.
• Maintain accurate activity reporting and participate in weekly team meetings with executives.
• Represent IST Management by maintaining knowledge of offerings and using LinkedIn and social media to attract candidates.
