Qualifications

• Recruiting coordination or HR/administrative support experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ATS experience preferred (iCIMS a plus)
• Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and recruiting logistics across multiple time zones
• Support onboarding, offboarding, background checks, and employment verifications
• Process recruiting invoices and maintain candidate records in iCIMS or similar ATS
• Prepare recruiting correspondence, reports, and status updates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through organized, professional communication
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to support recruiting operations
