Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or 4+ years related experience.
• Minimum of two years HR experience; Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
• HR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all duties related to the Talent Acquisition COE.
• Manage pre-hire process to attract talent and meet company goals.
• Schedule and conduct interviews to fill vacated positions promptly.
