Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist recruiters with pre-employment screening and onboarding. You will draft offers, order screenings, and help ensure a smooth candidate experience.

You will work in a hybrid schedule, coordinating with HR and hiring managers to support onboarding, orientations, and I-9/key forms while maintaining accurate candidate data and timely communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience.
• Experience using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bi-Lingual Spanish - English preferred.
• Experience in Human Resources and/or managing background and drug screen processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Recruiters to assist candidates throughout pre-employment screening and onboarding.
• Draft offer letters and send for approval with all details.
• Order pre-employment screenings and verify compliance with guidelines.
• Troubleshoot background and drug screen issues for timely turnaround.
• Complete hire forms to initiate employee records in HRIS.
• Assist candidates with Day One activities and host orientations.
• Coordinate applicant data accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to create a positive recruitment experience.
• Offer suggestions to Talent Acquisition Leadership to improve candidate experience.
• Act as a backup to other Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
