Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of related administrative support.
• Previous HR experience including recruitment and selection.
• Knowledge of employment laws (COBRA, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA) preferred.
• Positive, supportive attitude and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment efforts and manage external job ads and interviews.
• Develop relationships with colleges to source qualified applicants.
• Schedule career fairs and communicate opportunities to applicants.
• Screen applicants and refer to hiring manager for interviews.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records.
• Assist with onboarding and training programs for managers.
