Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting and onboarding activities, working closely with hiring managers, HR, recruiters, and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience.

You will help manage pre-employment steps, coordinate screenings, and assist with day-one activities, contributing to a high-quality candidate journey within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience required.
• Experience using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Experience in Human Resources and/or managing background and drug screen processes preferred.
• Bi-Lingual Spanish - English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Recruiters to assist candidates throughout their pre-employment screening and onboarding process
• Draft offer letters and send for approval, compiling all the necessary details
• Order Pre-Employment Screenings and verify compliance with company guidelines
• Troubleshoot background and drug screen issues to ensure timely turnaround
• Complete hire forms to initiate employee record in HRIS
• Assist Candidates with Day One activities, such as, completing I-9's and onboarding forms; as well as hosting Orientations
• Use proactivity and attention to detail to coordinate and track an extensive amount of applicant data in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with hiring leaders and human resources peers to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders
• Provide suggestions to Talent Acquisition Leadership to improve candidate experience
• Act as a backup to the other Talent Acquisition Coordinators
• Perform other duties as assigned
