Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting and onboarding processes. You will partner with hiring managers, HR, recruiters, and candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

The role focuses on coordinating pre-employment screenings, offer letters, and day-one activities, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and candidate experience. This is an onsite role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience.
• Experience using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in Human Resources and/or managing background and drug screen processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters with candidates through pre-employment screening and onboarding.
• Draft offer letters and manage approvals with necessary details.
• Order pre-employment screenings and verify compliance with guidelines.
• Troubleshoot background and drug screens to ensure timely turnaround.
• Complete hire forms to initiate employee records in HRIS.
• Assist candidates with Day One activities and host orientations.
• Coordinate and track applicant data with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve candidate experience.
• Provide backup support to other Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
