Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) based in Kinston, NC. You will support recruitment and onboarding for a portfolio of roles, coordinating interviews, travel, and new hire onboarding across our Mobile Manufacturing Site.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in recruitment coordination, and proficiency with Google Workspace and HRIS/ATS tools. This is a 4-days-on site, 1-day remote hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years administrative experience in a fast-paced environment with high volume tasks.
Direct experience in recruitment and onboarding coordination is preferred.
Experience coordinating interviews, travel, and onboarding processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate phone and on-site interviews with HRBPs and hiring managers.
Manage candidate travel and expenses and onboarding documents.
Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment requirements (drug screens, background checks, etc.).
Maintain candidate data in ATS and CRM tools; process interview evaluations.
Support recruitment events and ensure candidate data is captured in the systems.
Assist IT with new hire requests and status follow-up.
