Job summary

The City of Minneapolis is seeking a System Integrator IV to oversee integration and management of multiple fleet systems, including M5 Fleet Focus, Graco Pulse Pro, EV chargers, and Geotab. You will configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, analyze data, and develop reports and dashboards to drive actionable insights for sustainable fleet performance.

The role supports flexible work arrangements with hybrid in-office and remote days and requires a updated resume for consideration.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent specialized training.
Four years of relevant computer experience providing PC support.
Equivalency: an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Desirable: Ability to relate and work effectively with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Investigate hardware and software to resolve business problems.
Coordinate major application changes and liaise between ITS and operating departments.
Program tools, utilities, and web modules.
Provide support to users with hardware and software problems.
Support printer, imager and other specialized computer equipment.
Specify the interface design between two pieces of hardware for compatibility.
Add, update and delete users or delegate these tasks as required.
Assist in maintenance of software and hardware.
May assist with preparation of requests for proposals.
Prepare training materials and provide training to users.
