Job summary

The City of Minneapolis is seeking a System Integrator IV to oversee integration and management of multiple fleet systems, including M5 Fleet Focus, Graco Pulse Pro, EV chargers, and Geotab. Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent specialized training.
• Four years of relevant computer experience providing PC support.
• Equivalency: an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Desirable: Ability to relate and work effectively with diverse backgrounds.

• Coordinate major application changes and liaise between ITS and operating departments.

• Add, update and delete users or delegate these tasks as required.
• Assist in maintenance of software and hardware.

The System Integrator IV position is responsible for integrating and managing multiple systems to support the Minneapolis Public Works Department. This role ensures seamless connectivity between fleet applications such as M5 Fleet Focus, Graco Pulse Pro, EV chargers, motor pool system, telematics platforms, and third- party systems like Traka, Verizon Reveal, and Geotab. Key responsibilities include system configuration and upgrades, troubleshooting, data analysis, and developing reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights. The position plays a critical role in optimizing technology solutions, advancing sustainability goals, and enhancing overall fleet performance.

Work Location:

This position may be eligible for flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work with some days working remotely and some days working in the office.
