Job summary

The City of Minneapolis seeks a System Integrator IV to connect and manage multiple fleet and IT systems, including M5 Fleet Focus, Graco Pulse Pro, EV chargers, and telematics platforms. You will configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and develop reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights.

This role supports sustainability goals and fleet performance, works with ITS and operating departments, and may involve hybrid work. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent training.
• Four years of relevant PC support experience.
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems and software used in the assigned area.
• Knowledge of database administration tasks and network security.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and recommend hardware/software solutions to business problems.
• Coordinate application changeovers and liaise between ITS and operating departments.
• Program tools, utilities, and web modules.
• Provide user support for hardware and software issues.
• Support printer, imager, and other specialized equipment.
• Define interface designs between hardware components for compatibility.
• Manage user accounts and delegated tasks.
• Assist in software/hardware maintenance.
• Assist with RFP preparation as needed.
• Prepare training materials and deliver user training.
