Qualifications

• 2-3 years of systems engineering or MSP helpdesk experience.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server and Azure AD identities.
• Experience supporting SMB IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and support internal IT infrastructure and services.
• Provide day-to-day systems administration and incident resolution for clients.
• Assist with onboarding new managed services customers and documentation.
• Join customer meetings to discuss IT strategy and project recommendations.
• Communicate value and technical details of offerings in a consultative manner.
