Job summary

Braver Technology, a New Charter Company, is seeking a Systems Engineer in Burlington, Vermont for a hybrid role combining remote work and on-site client support. You’ll design, implement, and troubleshoot secure infrastructure and cloud solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, and networks.

You will collaborate with Professional Services and Design teams, maintain documentation, and mentor junior staff while traveling as needed within the service area.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 2+ years of network design/installation experience.
• At least one relevant industry certification.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-premises and cloud environments, hardware and software configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Design, deploy, administer, and support Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Serve as escalation point and mentor junior team members.
• Maintain ConnectWise records and client documentation; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Balance project delivery with proactive maintenance and timely issue resolution.
