Job summary

Ntiva is seeking a Systems Engineer to plan, implement, document, and support a wide range of client IT projects. The role emphasizes strong customer relations, teamwork, and clear communication, with hybrid work across Chicagoland and afterhours as needed.

You will collaborate with PMs and SSEs on deployments, migrations, and network/configuration tasks, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction in a dynamic MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–7 years of related experience.
• Strong experience with Windows configurations and services.
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory (on-premises and Azure AD).
• Experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or OCI) and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage client IT projects end-to-end.
• Design and implement AD, DNS, and policy configurations.
• Configure cloud and on-prem infrastructure and ensure high availability.
• Provide remote/onsite support and clear communication with clients and PMs.
• Document migrations, configurations, and post-implementation support.
