Ntiva, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator II to deliver on-site support through a hybrid-remote arrangement across client locations in the DFW/Houston, Texas area. You will manage client infrastructure, ensure security, and align Ntiva and client objectives for high-performance systems.

The role emphasizes client service, IT operations, and documentation. A technical degree or equivalent experience plus MSP background helps you succeed in this fast-paced, collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• College or Technical degree OR 3 years of IT support experience related to Microsoft, HP, Dell and/or Cisco.
• Experience working for a Managed Services Provider.
• Windows workstation repair, malware removal, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive client service and maintain long-term client/vendor relationships.
• IT support for clients’ infrastructure and core applications.
• Develop knowledge of service offerings and client needs.
• Participate in projects and perform related technical duties.
• Update documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Enter time worked and schedule service delivery in the ticketing system.
