Job summary

Cyber Advisors, based in Schaumburg, IL, seeks an experienced Systems Engineer to support and manage client IT environments within a hybrid Chicago-area setting. This full-time role blends remote and on-site duties to design, implement, and maintain robust systems infrastructure.

You will diagnose hardware, network, and software issues, migrate platforms like Exchange and Active Directory, and expand our knowledge base while ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals and security.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange.
• Experience with Windows Desktop OS and MS Office suites.
• Familiarity with network security, anti-virus, and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Provide primarily remote and on-site support to our clients.
• Diagnose, pre-empt, and resolve hardware, network, and software problems.
• Develop knowledge of each customer’s business environment.
• Perform major technology platform migrations (Exchange, AD, and others).
