Job summary

Ntiva is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead project planning, design, and implementation for client IT initiatives. You will collaborate with PMs and SSEs to deploy solutions, maintain documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction across on-site and remote work in the DC/MD/VA region.

The role requires 4–7 years of related experience, expertise in AD, cloud, and networking, plus MSP familiarity. A robust benefits package and a hybrid work model are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
• Certifications: Microsoft RBAC/Role Based Certifications, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP, ITIL, etc.
• Experience with ConnectWise (Manage, Automate, Control) or similar MSP tools.
• MSP experience is preferred.
• Strong English communication, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Deploy advanced technical solutions and migrations for client projects.
• Maintain minimum billable utilization of 80%.
• Provide remote or onsite customer support as needed.
• Design and deploy networks, AD infrastructure, and cloud solutions.
• Document migrations and infrastructure changes; plan for steady-state support.
• Collaborate with PMs and SSEs on project implementation.
