Job summary

Ntiva, Inc. is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to join our Tampa, FL team. You’ll serve as the senior technical resource for server, cloud, and Microsoft 365 environments, handling migrations, security implementations, and automation initiatives from design to completion.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in IT MSP roles, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication. This onsite position operates Mon–Fri with occasional on-call needs for special projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Hands-On IT MSP or related experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and dedication to issue resolution.
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow professionally.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for server, cloud, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Deliver project work migrations, infrastructure buildouts, backups, and security implementations.
• Design, build, and maintain automated processes for various tasks.
• Support and administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Defender suites.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure incident response and uptime.
