Job summary

Ntiva, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead and support a wide range of client IT projects with strong collaboration across PMs and senior engineers.

The role emphasizes design, deployment, and documentation of complex environments, combining remote and on-site work in a fast-paced MSP setting. You will implement advanced IT solutions, manage migrations, and maintain high-availability systems while communicating clearly with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of directly related IT systems engineering and project work.
• Proficiency with Windows configurations, DNS, and AD (on-premises and Azure).
• Experience with cloud and virtualization, high availability, and network design.

Responsibilities

• Deploy advanced technical solutions for client IT projects.
• Maintain minimum 80% billable utilization.
• Provide remote or onsite support and document migrations and configurations.
• Design and build AD/GPOs, networks, and cloud/on‑prem infrastructure.
• Collaborate with PMs and SSEs to plan and implement projects.
