Job summary

InfoTrack in New York City is seeking a System Administrator to provide hands-on IT support and maintain core systems, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and our cloud infrastructure.

This hybrid role requires three days per week in the NYC office, a strong customer-service mindset, solid troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across IT projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems administration or IT infrastructure
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive helpdesk support for hardware and software issues
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365 including email and SharePoint
• Set up and maintain employee computers, servers, and IT equipment
• Assist with new hire onboarding, accounts, and access
• Maintain InfoTrack’s Azure cloud environment and internal infrastructure
• Support the company phone system and IT security tools
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and office presence
