Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain and support its IT infrastructure in a hybrid NYC environment. You will manage M365, Azure, Entra/Intune and firewall systems, while delivering high‑quality end‑user support and security enforcement.

Ideal candidates have MSP exposure, strong scripting in PowerShell, and a proven ability to meet SLA requirements. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams and ongoing system hardening.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Systems Administration across diverse systems.
• MSP experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on with M365, Azure, and Entra/Intune.
• Experience with Fortinet and firewall management.
• Familiar with ZTNA, EDR/AV and vulnerability practices.
• Exposure to SOC operations and incident monitoring.
• Familiar with SFTP and secure file transfers.
• Experience with RMM platforms and ticketing systems.
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Strong security and compliance background.
• Experience training end users; excellent SLA focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; well organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced desktop and end-user support across systems.
• Administer M365, Azure, Entra/Intune environments.
• Manage firewall infrastructure and connectivity.
• Support endpoint devices, printers, and AV systems.
• Administer ZTNA, EDR, and AV security solutions.
• Support vulnerability management and remediation efforts.
• Monitor SOC alerts and respond to incidents.
• Log, track, and resolve issues within SLA timeframes.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on IT projects.
• Ensure data backups and disaster recovery readiness.
• Document processes, incidents, and resolutions.
