Collins Aerospace is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our global Digital Technology organization. You will support data‑driven Industry 4.0 initiatives that transform plants into connected, intelligent ecosystems.

You will deploy and sustain medium‑ to large‑scale digital factory platforms, work across on‑premise, cloud and hybrid environments, and collaborate with customers, vendors and IT teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree required with substantial IT experience.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program/contract information.
• Experience with digital technology infrastructure and application administration.
• Familiarity with automation tooling, containerization, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with databases (MS SQL, Oracle, HANA, Databricks).
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell) and ITIL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and sustainment of Industry 4.0 platforms across global sites.
• Serve as focal point for assigned digital factory systems and owners.
• Translate requirements into system designs and implementation plans.
• Provide break‑fix support, security reviews, and patching.
• Maintain documentation and monitor uptime and compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
