Collins Aerospace is seeking an Automation Engineer to design scalable intelligent automation solutions and integrate RPA, AI services, and workflow orchestration into enterprise systems. You will mentor teammates and collaborate with global Digital Technology teams to enable reliable, production-ready implementations.

The role operates in a hybrid environment at a Collins facility, with opportunities to influence architecture and delivery practices across the enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong software development and programming skills.
• Experience with DevOps practices, source control, testing and deployment automation.
• Ability to assess technical designs and solve complex engineering problems.

Aufgaben

• Engineer scalable, reliable, production-ready intelligent automation solutions.
• Bridge proofs of concept and MVPs with enterprise implementation.
• Provide technical mentorship to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Develop APIs, integrations and reusable automation components.
• Support CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring and logging.
