Qualifications

• University Degree required with 10+ years of experience or Advanced Degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong software development and programming skills.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations and troubleshooting.
• DevOps practices, source control, testing and deployment automation.
• Ability to assess technical designs and solve complex engineering problems.
• Mentoring colleagues and providing technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Engineer scalable, reliable, production-ready intelligent automation solutions.
• Bridge proofs of concept and MVPs with enterprise implementation.
• Provide technical mentorship to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Partner with India Automation Development team and Digital Technology SMEs for delivery.
• Develop APIs, integrations and reusable automation components.
• Support CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring, and logging.
• Coach colleagues on engineering practices and production readiness.
• Collaborate with offshore teams on requirements and design.
• Integrate RPA, workflow orchestration, AI services and data capabilities.
• Document system dependencies and architectural constraints.
• Own documentation lifecycle with architects for standardized use-case docs.
• Establish standards, reduce technical debt and improve delivery efficiency.
