Atwell, LLC is seeking a Survey Project Manager to lead a team through site plan development, surveys, and construction documents. You will supervise field crews and office staff, ensuring ALTA and boundary surveys are completed accurately and on time.

The role emphasizes mentoring junior staff, coordinating with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D, and delivering projects in a hybrid/remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Must have professional survey license (PLS/RLS).
• Minimum 8+ years of survey industry experience.
• Capable of coaching, mentoring, and developing a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing site plans and construction documents.
• Review survey data using the latest technology and software.
