Atwell, LLC is seeking a Survey Project Manager to lead a diverse group delivering site plans, boundary surveys, and construction documents. You will supervise field crews, office staff, and technicians, guided by a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture across residential, commercial land development, and renewable energy projects.

You will leverage Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while mentoring staff and growing the survey practice at

Qualifications

• Oversees drafting, reviewing, and finalizing site plans and construction documents.
• Mentors and develops junior staff and crews.
• Plan, organize, and supervise survey crews, technicians, and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Review survey data using industry software.
• Analyze site conditions and legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, and condo documents.
• Provide oversight on large-scale ALTA surveys for solar or wind projects.
