Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Survey Project Manager in Bryn Mawr, PA to lead a diverse survey team across residential, commercial land development, and renewable energy projects. You will manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating field and office staff and applying ALTA, boundary, and GPS procedures with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble software.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of survey industry experience.
• Ability to coach and develop a growing team.
• Experience with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Strong understanding of Boundary/ALTA Surveys and Construction Staking.
• Lead projects and mentor staff across field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and finalization of site plans and construction documents.
• Review survey data using the latest technology and software.
• Plan, organize, and supervise survey crews and office staff.
• Oversee large ALTA surveys for solar or wind projects.
• Mentor staff with training plans and career development.
• Support licensing, transmittals, and project documentation.
