Qualifications

• Licensed surveyor with PLS/PSM designation and 8+ years of survey experience.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and grow a team of survey professionals.
• Experience using Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing site plans and construction documents.
• Review project survey data using latest technology and software.
• Analyze site conditions, legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easements, and condo docs.
• Plan, organize, and supervise survey crews, technicians, and office staff.
• Oversee large-scale ALTA surveys related to solar or wind power projects.
• Guide staff on permit applications, cut sheets, quantity estimates, and transmittals.
• Organize site plans and construction document sets within budgets and timelines.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to complete assignments on time.
• Attend training, industry conferences, and networking events.
• Mentor and support staff development and career planning.
