Job summary

Atwell, LLC in the United States is seeking a Survey Project Manager to lead our survey group, manage projects from start to finish, and collaborate with office and field staff in a hybrid or remote environment.

You will draft, review, and finalize site plans, analyze survey data, coordinate crews, and mentor staff while applying expertise in ALTA surveys, boundary surveys, and Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Professional Survey License (PLS or RLS) required.
• 8+ years of survey industry experience.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop a growing team.
• Experience with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Strong understanding of boundary/ALTA surveys, construction staking, and related real estate documents.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
• Review project survey data using the latest technology and software.
• Analyze site conditions including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, and easement documents.
• Plan, organize, and supervise survey crews, technicians, and office staff.
• Provide oversight on large-scale ALTA surveys for solar or wind projects.
• Mentor staff and guide for training, career development, and certifications.
