You will lead a collaborative team, overseeing ALTA surveys, plan development, and field activities while guiding staff development and training. Strong AutoCAD Civil 3D/Trimble skills are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Professional Survey License (PLS/RLS) is required.
• 8+ years of survey-related experience.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop a growing team.
• Experience with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Boundary/ALTA surveys and plan interpretations.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting and finalization of site plans and docs.
• Review survey data using latest technology.
• Supervise survey crews and office staff.
• Oversee large-ALTA surveys for solar/wind projects.
• Guide staff training and career development.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to meet standards.
• Attend training, conferences, and networking.
• Mentor staff and support licensing/peer recognition.
