Qualifications

• Able to liaison with patients and care team with strong communication
• Proficient in using EHRs and scheduling systems to manage documentation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical appointments, referrals, and pre-visit activities.
• Serve as primary administrative contact for patients and care team.
• Manage provider's clinic schedule, templates, cancellations and appointment types.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants to schedule clinic visits and surgeries.
• Work with Revenue Cycle Operations to secure authorizations and provide cost information.
• Coordinate surgical scheduling from pre-op through post-op.
• Complete pre-op orders (labs, imaging, consults) as required.
• Monitor surgical schedule and optimize operating room blocks.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and accurate documentation.
