Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in GPR or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in GPR or construction scanning preferred.
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience in construction or industrial services is a strong plus.
• Proven field experience with underground utility location and mapping investigations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and sales experience; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform subsurface investigations using GPR and EM pipe location with digital results.
• Deliver on-site solutions, mark-outs, and reports per safety standards.
• Engage clients before, during, and after field services to ensure data quality and client needs.
• Identify in-market prospects via office/site visits and networking events.
• Collaborate with regional BD, account managers, and branch leadership for cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare quotes, detailed proposals, and pricing negotiations.
• Engage with clients using a consultative sales approach as a subject-matter expert.
• Coordinate sales efforts with Branch operations for cohesive service delivery.
• Document client interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Represent Penhall at industry events and project kickoffs as needed.
• Promote safety and professionalism in all customer interactions.
