You will deliver engineering solutions through analysis, design, and oversight of structural systems, working with multidisciplinary teams across healthcare, education, and civic markets. The role requires a BS in engineering, 2+ years' design experience, and a willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering required.
• PE license preferred; professional licensure encouraged.
• 2 years minimum building design consulting experience; 4+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and design of structural systems for buildings and other structures.
• Create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations per codes and IMEG standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs and communicate technical information.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality control of designs and calculations.
