Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Structural Bridge Project Manager to oversee bridge and transportation projects within our Kansas/Missouri Division. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of design experience, project management skills, and a proactive mindset. The role supports both in-office and hybrid formats, promoting collaboration and mentorship.

Key responsibilities include budget and schedule management, client relations, and executing project plans, directly impacting the growth and success of our firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of bridge design experience including project management responsibility preferred.
• Proven experience on KDOT or MoDOT bridge projects preferred.
• Experience with bridge inspection, including completed NHI training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager on bridge and transportation design projects.
• Create and execute project work plans including developing project scope, schedule and budget estimates.
• Mentor junior staff.
