Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Structural Bridge Project Manager in Kansas to oversee the design and management of bridge and transportation projects. The role requires strong experience in project management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with design software.

This position offers flexibility with a hybrid work schedule and opportunities to drive significant infrastructure projects across Kansas and Missouri. You will contribute to strategic growth initiatives while managing project teams and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of bridge design experience including project management responsibility preferred.
• Proven experience on KDOT or MoDOT bridge projects preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project/work sites as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager on bridge and transportation design projects.
• Create and execute project work plans including developing project scope, schedule and budget estimates.
• Manage project teams, accountable for budget and schedule.
