Job summary

Benesch is seeking a Structural Bridge Project Manager to oversee bridge and transportation design projects. The role involves managing project teams, mentoring junior staff, and representing the firm at industry events.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Civil Engineering, be a registered engineer in Kansas and/or Missouri, and possess at least 7 years of bridge design experience. A hybrid work schedule is offered, and applications are accepted until a candidate is found.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of bridge design experience.
• Proven experience on KDOT or MoDOT bridge projects preferred.
• Excellent communication and client relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage bridge and transportation design projects.
• Create and execute project work plans, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
