Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations professional to partner with GTM leadership and regional sales teams. You will own in-depth monitoring of business metrics, build intelligence, and drive insights to accelerate growth across the global sales organization.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance & Strategy, Data Science, Seller Systems, and Strategic Operations to streamline processes and support go-to-market planning, ensuring disciplined execution and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Has 7+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and other analytics tools.
• Proficiency in BI visualization tools.
• Experience leveraging AI to analyze data, automate processes, or create reports/dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving business problems.
• Adaptive, hands-on mentality in fast-paced, evolving settings.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM leadership with intelligence to accelerate growth.
• Standardize global and regional processes that are currently decentralized.
• Deep dive into key performance metrics and drive insights for decisions.
• Problem solve and structure analysis outcomes for complex sales operations challenges through data.
• Identify new opportunities to improve productivity for regional leadership.
• Participate in projects defining go-to-market approaches and in regular planning.
• Run analyses on KPIs and provide insights for leadership.
• Oversee enabling systems and tools with internal systems teams.
• Prepare weekly senior leader forecast materials and updates on growth metrics.
• Manage bespoke projects and stakeholders effectively.
