Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations leader to partner with GTM leadership and regional sales heads. You will own deep-dive analyses, build key insights, and drive strategic initiatives to accelerate growth across the US market.

The role requires 7+ years in sales strategy/ops in tech, strong SQL and BI tooling skills, and a pragmatic, hands-on mindset suited for a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and other analytics tools
• Proficiency in BI visualization tools
• Experience using AI to analyze data, automate processes, or create reports/dashboards
• Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to complex business problems
• Roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and high adaptability in fast-paced settings

Responsibilities

• Support GTM leadership with intelligence and insights to accelerate growth
• Standardize global and regional go-to-market processes
• Deep-dive into key performance metrics and reveal business insights
• Solve problems and structure analyses for complex sales ops challenges
• Identify opportunities to improve regional productivity and efficiency
• Participate in go-to-market strategy projects and resource planning
• Run analyses on key metrics and provide leadership with relevant insights
• Oversee enabling systems and tools with internal systems teams
• Prepare weekly forecast materials for senior leadership
• Manage bespoke projects and stakeholder expectations
