Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced strategy and operations leader to drive cross-functional projects across the Global Product Strategy & Operations team. You will work with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Finance to shape the roadmap and accelerate growth for Stripe’s global payments initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a track record with senior stakeholders, and the ability to operate in ambiguous environments while delivering clear, data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy, business ops, or highly analytical role at a tech company or management consulting.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and distill findings into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to explain complex technical products to non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience with Product and Engineering teams.
• Thrives with ambiguity and multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work on cross-cutting strategy projects and implement changes in collaboration with teams.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to accelerate progress and incubate programs.
• Drive analysis and research to inform global product growth decisions.
• Shape the Global Product roadmap through competitive intelligence, user insights, and data.
• Advise leadership on resource deployment to maximize long-term value.
• Partner with Finance to drive planning, investments, and OKRs.
• Monitor financial health of the Global business and develop improvement plans.
