Old Republic Bitco is seeking a Training & Development Director to join our Home Office in Davenport, IA. You will lead strategy and execution of training programs to build workforce capability and support business performance.

As part of the HR leadership team, you'll oversee leadership development, onboarding, compliance training, talent development, and career development initiatives, collaborating with department leaders and leveraging modern learning technologies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Training and Development or related field.
• Experience leading a learning function or enterprise-wide portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Mansioni

• Lead the strategy for design, delivery, and evaluation of enterprise learning programs.
• Build and lead a scalable Training & Development team and operating model.
• Refine and expand training frameworks to support leadership and individual development.
• Partner with department leaders to address capability gaps and align with business needs.
• Oversee learning tech strategy including LMS optimization and modern delivery methods.
• Evaluate program impact and refine based on feedback and data.
• Lead annual talent processes and translate outcomes into development plans.
• Create role-based learning pathways and competency models.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on change initiatives.
• Align local L&D with enterprise goals and best practices.
