Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, education, business, marketing, or human services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and foster care systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements an organization-wide learning and development strategy.
• Ensures training complies with SJRC Texas policies, DFPS standards, and COA standards.
• Partners with HR, Quality, Compliance and leadership to identify training needs.
• Oversees LMS, curricula, and calendars; ensures timely completion of required trainings.
• Supervises and develops Training Department staff; designs professional development plans.
• Manages training budget and vendor relationships.
• Represents SJRC Texas in trainings with community partners.
• Maintains training quality using feedback and performance data.
