Old Republic Bitco seeks a Training & Development Director to lead enterprise learning strategy in Davenport, IA. You will oversee leadership development, onboarding, compliance, and functional training, driving a scalable ecosystem with internal and external partners.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to design programs, manage budgets, and advance workforce capability, aligning with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, business or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive Training and Development experience.
• Proven leadership of enterprise-wide learning programs and teams.
• Strong ability to analyze needs, design curricula, and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of training programs across the organization.
• Oversee leadership development, onboarding, compliance and functional training.
• Build scalable learning teams and partner with stakeholders across departments.
• Lead learning technology and LMS optimization to improve outcomes.
