M&T Bank, Buffalo, NY, seeks a Strategic Sourcing professional to lead complex sourcing initiatives and drive value across multiple spend categories. You will build cross-functional teams, run RFPs and negotiations, and coordinate risk management with Legal and procurement partners.

Expertise in supplier evaluation, contract lifecycle management, and analytics will be essential to deliver competitive pricing and favorable terms.

Qualifications

Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to present to senior management.
Experience interacting with all levels of management.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills in RFPs and contracts.

Responsabilités

Identify executive sponsor and cross-functional team for sourcing initiatives.
Lead the sourcing process: develop RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, evaluate bids, and coordinate supplier demonstrations and on-site visits.
Prepare documentation with savings impact for executive sponsors and senior leaders.
Guide through Third-Party Risk Management and ensure proper vetting and approval of vendors.
Analyze procurement trends and identify savings opportunities for business lines.
