M&T Bank is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing professional to support procurement of technology-related supplier agreements across software, cloud, hardware, and services. You will partner with Technology, Legal, Third-Party Risk, and Finance to optimize spend and negotiate favorable terms.
The role leads RFPs, contract negotiations, and vendor risk reviews, driving savings while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ proven financial or business experience; or 6 years combined higher education/work experience with 2 years in finance/business.
- Experience writing Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management and eSignature tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Mansioni
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, define objectives and timelines.
- Develop and execute RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and evaluate vendor proposals.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details with Legal and vendors.
- Support Third-Party Risk Management and compliance processes.
- Provide cost analysis and savings opportunities across technology spend.
