Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of financial/business experience; or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with computers, procurement software, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases.
• Strong time management, organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead major sourcing initiatives with executive sponsorship and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute RFPs/RFQs/RFIs; conduct evaluations and supplier demos.
• Negotiate contracts with legal; drive favorable terms and competitive pricing.
• Document recommendations, savings, and impacts to business operations.
• Work with Third-Party Risk Management to vet and approve vendors.
